A conventional Vibro shifter has a circular gyratory screen that separates solids and liquids based on particle size and grade. The material is sorted based on particle size.

When the motor is turned on, the screen/sieve vibrates, forcing the material to pass through the sieves based on its particle size. It generates 100% rotational motion and causes dispersion stirring and material stratification to sift. The feed material flows horizontally on the Vibroscreen, generating a loop pattern. The sieves are placed on a spring to prevent vibration from transferring to the floor.

9. Castor wheel which are PU coated (optional) with S.S. brackets & thrust bearing ensure easy movement of Vibro sift in the production area.
