Two filling nozzles are included inside the machine for continuous counting and filling. Each disc is specifically designed and manufactured to match the needs of the customer. Dust Extractor (optional) to remove dust particles from the path to the container, allowing the dust-free filling of tablets and capsules.

A 36″ Dia counting disc gives promised capacity of fill. Each disc is custom designed and manufactured to count coated / uncoated tablets, hard or soft gilatin capsules of any shape and size such as pearls, oglong and round except caplet shape.
One container or polybag can be filled manually at a time through single-track filler with following output @ 6rpm speed see output chart. The rpm varies depending upon the product. Delivery chutes direct the product from the counting disc into telescoping SS filler tubes of various sizes to suit different containers. Integrated with the filler, under the hopper is the vaccume system that provides dust free passage of stocks to the containers. The special Dust Extractor system to remove dust particles from the passage to the container and enables efficient and smooth running of the disc when uncoated tablets are counted.
