The octagonal blender comes with a bin charging method and can also be adapted for vacuum charging. The body of the Octagonal Blender equipment is designed like an octagon with a rectangular middle part. It contains baffles for quick and effective mixing, as well as charging and discharging outlets with suitable butterfly valves. The device is ideal for areas requiring moderate mixing of dry grains or powder.

Technical Specifications Of Octagonal Blender
Because of the slow speed and octagon form of the container, the Octagonal Blender Machine produces the greatest results for granules. The right side shaft is linked to a normal gearbox through chain and sprockets, which are then hooked to an electric motor. The whole drive assembly is encased in an S.S. side panel. The Octa body’s inside is mirror polished, while the outside, frame, and guards are matt finished.

To guarantee optimum mixing, two-thirds of the capacity of the Cone Blender is filled. Due to the octagonal form of the product container, grains come from all sides in an Octagonal Blender, requiring less RPM. Because of their shape, this type of material receives adequate continuous movement if the container has just modest movement, resulting in good blending / lubricating of granules. The power consumption is lower than that of other blenders of a similar kind.
