BLOWER

300 CFM FOR 24” AND 36” , 500 CFM FOR 48” with dynamic Balancing with 1.5 KW 2 heaters for 300 CFM and 4.5 KW 3 heaters for 48” is advisable. Insulation 2” blower with flexible pipe with Fishtail Nozzle can be supplied.

We provide complete automation like Auto Coater , Air handling unit, for inlet air with 20,5, 0.3 micron heap filter, Complete spraying system with Peristaltic Pump, and spraying Guns, also exhaust air suction and dry scrubber can be given on demand, also complete operation can be done on PLC, HMI with scada control and 12 CFR compliant Part 11.

OPTIONAL

1.) We also provide Spraying System on demand.
2.) Variable frequency Drive for control in RPM of the Pan advised for other than sugar coating.

The coating pans are available in apple, onion, or pear shapes and have a closed base with a convenient access door on one side. All bearings and mechanical drive components are positioned inside, and a drive shaft seal is provided to prevent the product from entering the front bearing.
