Drying ovens can be used in laboratories or industries for several purposes such as evaporation, sterilizing, temperature testing, and incubating temperature-sensitive studies. A drying oven is designed to eliminate moisture from the oven chamber as rapidly as possible to dry the samples.
2.We will provide PT 100 type temperature sensor at suitable location.
3.The construction of entire equipment will be as per Non-Flame Proof (Non-FLP) type.
4.The vertical distance between the two grooves will be minimum 2.1/2 and maximum 3 inch.
5.The equipment will have two separate panels i.e. operating panel and power panel.
6.We will provide 6 nos. of wire mesh type straight trays of S.S. 304 quality as per drawing.
7.The equipment is suitable only for drying different types of glasswares used in laboratory purpose.
8.The equipment will be provided with 1no. inlet and 1 no. outlet air vent with manually operated dampers.
9.We will provide 12 nos. fixed type grooves suitable for sliding wire mesh type straight trays.
10.We will provide electric heaters for temperature range of 25 to 100°C at suitable location inside the chamber.
11.The overall outer dimensions of the chamber are: 1000mm (Width) x 1050mm (Depth) and 2150mm(Height) - Approx. (+/-10mm Tolerance).
12.The overall inner dimensions of the chamber are : 786mm(Width) x 786mm(Depth) and 1458mm(Height) - Approx. (+/-10mm Tolerance).
13.The equipment will be provided with double walled construction and with suitable thickness of insulation. The inner and outer wall is made out of S.S.304 quality sheet metal.
14.The equipment will be provided with 1 no. 0.75 H.P. electric motor or Hindustan / Equivalent make of Class-F & Non-FLP Type with fan mounted on top side of the chamber.
15.Only the PLC part will be back-up by UPS whereas all the other electric accessories will be directly connected to their relevant current rating.
16.We will provide 4 nos. of ports for temperature mapping only on one / front side of the machine. The comparative temperature accuracy will be +/- 5°C.
17.The equipment will be provided with "Delta" Make Keypad Type PLC with indicating lamp and ON / OFF power switch on front side. Whereas on the other side of the machine we will provide Digital Temperature Indicator, indicating lamp and ON / OFF power switch.
18.The equipment will be provided with 2 nos. doors i.e. 1 no. 1 piece each on front and rear side. The doors are supported with rigid hinges. The locking system of these 2 nos. doors has interlock i.e. if front side door is open the other cannot be opened and vice versa.
Safety Features Of Double Door Glass Drying Oven
The drying oven technique provides new dry air into the chamber while expelling warm damp air, allowing the samples to dry quickly. Caster wheels with locking arrangements are installed beneath the Oven to allow for simple movement of the unit from one location to another.
2.The equipment will have 1 no. earthing port at suitable location.
3.All necessary switch gears will be provided within the power panel.
4.Emergency stop push button will be provided on both the sides of the equipment.
5.The equipment will have facility of temperature alarm on achieving set value.
6.In case of operation / opening of door no.1, the door no.2 will not be operated / opened.
7.We will provide safety grill in front of electric heaters in order to avoid direct access.
8.In case either of the 2 doors is opened, the motor and heaters will turn OFF simultaneously. On closing of door they have to turn ON from panel.
