16.We will provide 1 No. 300 CFM dust collector (re-useable) Non-FLP & cGMP Model Machine alongwith Tablet Press Machine.
17.Auto lubrication pump will be provided. We will provide 50 litres of oil lubricant alongwith the machine suitable to run the machine.
18.All machine adjustments like : depth of fill, tablet hardness, tablet ejection point, upper punch penetration etc. are manually adjustable.
19.Mechanical Force Feeding System will be provided. The force feeding housing is made out of gun metal quality whereas powder feeding paddles are made our of S.S.316L quality.
20.PLC based control panel with HMI touch screen of Schneider / Equivalent Make will be provided. The HMI touch screen will be backed up with UPS system in case of power failure.
