Automatic vial filling machine works on
volumetric principle and used for filling
liquids in vials on a continuous running S.S.Slat Conveyor.
Four vials are filled at a time with predetermined volume, appropriate
size of the syringes.
A specially designed synchronized mechanical
movement with the conveyor system
and vial indexing mechanism ensures smooth running of the machine. 'A
NO VIAL NO FILL' mechanism prevents spillage of liquid when the
continuous flow of vial is not available. Pre & post gassing
arrangement fitted.
The machine is compact unit complete with
conveyor mounted on sturdy stand of attractive finish.
The movement of vials is arranged from left to
right on the conveyor. The unit is designed
to fill aseptic liquid
with precise accuracy and can give an output of 40-60 vials/min.
depending on quality of vials and fill size.
All contact parts are made out of S.S. 316 quality and body,
S.S. cladded. With S.S. 304, 18 Gauge sheet.
The machine works with 1.00 H.P motor 415 volt
main drive and .05 H.P. motor for
conveyor drive.
Stainless Steel parts polished as matt finish by
120 grit.
(The cosr of machine is without syringe).
