TABLET COATING SYSTEM 


 

 

The configuration of the pan ensures proper movement of the tablet through out the coating operation. Baffles have been strutted and strategically mounted inside the coating pan to aid tablet movement.

 

RIDDHI Auto Coating System utilize the principle of spraying of coating liquids with optimum atomization with maximum even distribution of coating solution on the tablet surfaces with properly heated clean process air through the bed to provide rapid drying and control of dust and coating liquid. Thus, the efficient and uniform coating and drying takes place between coats.

 

Volumetric flow rate and velocity of inlet and outlet air and pan speed can be perfectly set resulting maximum heat transfer and uniform coating in the minimum time span.

 

In RIDDHI Auto Coating System, high volume of air moves through the tablet bed, this is achieved by perforation on the cylindrically portion of the pan. An exhaust plenum is positioned on the outside of the pan at the point where the tablet bed is tumbling during coating. The coating pan is totally enclosed thus allowing supply of hot / temperature controlled / high volume of air to be introduced. This results in a consistent air flow pattern, greater drying capacity, a fast coating rate and efficient dust & solvent control.

 

RIDDHI Spray Gun into the coating pan can rapidly fixed in a desired position, providing spray pattern conductive to rapid and uniform coverage of the tablet bed and the spray pattern are such that the entire width of the tablet bed is covered.

 

Properly, heated, clean, accurate volume of air by means of automatic control of regulating steam, three phase filter of obtaining clean air and automatic volume/flow control for inlet air and automatic flow control of exhaust air create the proper balance between supply and exhaust air flow resulting an uniform and proper coating within mininum time.
